I shall hand you over to carol who will share her evening meal ideas.

Hey, everyone, my first evening recipe is:

Battered Halloumi

1 pack of halloumi
Batter mix (packet)
Flour
Salt and pepper (for the flour)

(add a little bit of salt and pepper into the flour to give some extra flavouring)

Create the batter mix per the instructions on the packet

Cook the halloumi in a small saucepan filled halfway with oil on high heat (keep an eye on them they cook quickly)

Garlic and sage potatoes

Baby potatoes
Garlic powder
Sage powder
Olive oil

Part boil the potatoes, partly crush them with a masher or a fork
Add the desired amount of garlic and sage
Drizzle with olive oil
Cook it about 180 degrees/ gas mark 4
Add any accompaniment that you fancy

I hope you all found this helpful and want to create your own versions, we would love to see how they turn out or hear about them!

Thank you,
